Shelly was an "OC" Original Character WIP
The idea was for a friendly Haloween-ish character,
with lots of exposed "skeleton/bones", but not too scary/gore
 Multiples character bodies and head diversions. :)

However, when Walt Disney Studios

finally started development on

a different version of  Tron3, 

my screenplay/previz became antiquated...

So to quote:

 Chief Bogo
